Our technicians work on Hobart warewashers, Rational combi ovens, Skope refrigeration, Blue Seal ranges and Winterhalter glasswashers, along with most other equipment you'll find in an Australian venue. They carry genuine parts in their vans and can often complete repairs the same day you call.

Book your appointment

Call 1300 434 380 or enquire online. We'll note the equipment and the fault, confirm availability, and schedule a time that works around your service.

Arrival and assessment

Your technician inspects the equipment thoroughly. If we carry the part, you get a quote on the spot. If we need to source it, you receive a detailed written quote after the assessment.

APPROVAL

Nothing proceeds without your sign-off. For parts we carry, your technician explains the cost and gets approval on site. For parts we source, you approve the written quote and we order, with no second call-out fee.

REPAIR

We use genuine or manufacturer-recommended parts and approved repair methods. Most repairs are completed the same day when parts are available.

TESTING & HANDOVER

Your technician tests the equipment, walks you through what was done, and leaves you with a detailed invoice, warranty details, and photographs of the work and any parts replaced.

Warewashers not reaching temperature

The machine runs but the final rinse never gets hot enough to sanitise. Usually a rinse booster element, thermostat or scaled-up heating circuit. This one is a compliance problem as well as a performance problem, so we treat it as urgent.



Combi ovens throwing service messages

Steam generator faults, drain valve errors and failed self-clean cycles. Often scale, often water supply, sometimes a sensor. We check the cause before quoting the part.



Commercial fridges not holding temperature

Product is drifting out of safe range and the compressor is running non-stop. Could be a condenser choked with grease and dust, a failed fan, or a door seal that stopped sealing months ago.



Fryers and griddles losing heat

Won't reach temperature, won't hold it, or the burner won't light at all. Thermostats, igniters, gas valves and safety cut-outs are the usual suspects, and every one of them is a licensed job.



Ice machines producing nothing

No ice through a hot week is a service-stopping problem for a busy bar. Water inlet, scale in the evaporator, or a refrigeration fault. We diagnose which before ordering anything.



Commercial dryers taking too long

Cycle times creeping up in a laundromat or aged care laundry. Restricted airflow, blocked lint paths, or a failing element. Lint buildup is also a fire risk, so this is not one to leave.
