Onsite Domestic & Commercial Repairs
All onsite service calls include a mobile van visit to your home or business, up to 30 minutes of diagnosis or qualified repair work, and a written assessment if parts need to be ordered.
Parts are billed separately.
Additional labour beyond the first 30 minutes is charged at $49.50 (inc. GST) per 15-minute block, quoted upfront.
Domestic Appliances

- Call-out after first visit: No extra fee – labour + parts only
- First visit includes: Up to 30 min diagnosis or qualified repair

Note: Our technicians carry a wide selection of high-turnover parts in their service vans. For less common components, parts will be sourced and a written quote provided before return visit scheduling.
Small Appliance Workshop Services
Coffee machines, microwaves, mixers, and vacuum cleaners are repaired at our Dandenong workshop, serving customers across Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, and Adelaide. You can drop your appliance off or arrange a pick-up.
