We'll tell you. If the repair cost approaches or exceeds a replacement, we'll say so upfront – no pressure to proceed.
Do I have to pay the inspection fee if I don't go ahead with the repair?
The drop-off or pick-up fee covers the inspection itself, regardless of whether you proceed with the repair.
Can I get a repair estimate over the phone?
We can give a general idea, but an exact quote requires inspecting the appliance in person.
