Your technician inspects the appliance thoroughly. If we have the part in stock, you get an instant quote. If we need to source it, we'll send a detailed written quote after assessment.
APPROVAL
For parts we carry, your technician explains costs and gets your approval on the spot. For parts we source, you receive a full written quote. Approve it, arrange payment, and we order parts and schedule your return visit – with no extra service call fee.
REPAIR
We use genuine or manufacturer-recommended parts and approved repair methods to get your appliance working again. Most repairs are completed on the same day when parts are available. Need a second visit? No additional call-out charge – just the approved parts and labour.
TESTING & HANDOVER
Your technician explains what was fixed, demonstrates how your appliance operates, and answers any questions. You'll receive a detailed invoice showing the work completed and your warranty details.

How quickly can you come out?
We aim for same-day or next-day service for most areas. Call 1300 434 380 and we'll tell you exactly what's available. Urgent weekend calls may have limited availability depending on your location.
What if the repair's going to cost more than I expected?
We quote you before starting any major work. If you're not comfortable with the cost, you don't have to go ahead. But in most cases, the repair is still cheaper than replacing the appliance.
Do you repair all brands?
Yes. We're authorised service agents for 30+ major brands and qualified to work on virtually every kitchen and laundry appliance. Some specialty or commercial brands might have unique requirements - call us with your model number to confirm.
Is the warranty real?
Absolutely. 12 months on parts, 3 months on labour. If something we fixed fails within that time because of our work or the part, we come back and fix it at no charge.
Can I get a quote over the phone?
We can give you a ballpark service fee based on your appliance and location. For an exact parts and labour quote, we need to see the appliance first. But we always quote before starting work.
What areas do you cover?

What if the part isn't in your van?
