Fast service overall. Jimmy our repair man was lovely. Explained our heating element was broken and showed us the new product and demonstrated working order before departing. Very friendly service, answered all questions, and didn’t looked rushed.
Dinesh was on time, friendly and professional. He took the time to explain what the issue with our dishwasher was and how to avoid it in the future. Overall a very good experience.
